Each year, C Spire Business conducts third-party SSAE 18 Type II and AT 101 SOC 2 Type II audits at each of our data centers. Through rigorous onsite testing, these audits provide assurance that our controls and processes effectively meet their goals.

SSAE 18 audit reports are available to C Spire Business customers upon request. Contact your account manager for details.

AICPA SOC Compliance Reports

SOC 1 Audits—Examine IT general controls at each of our data center locations and assess the measures we take to protect customers’ data.

SOC 2 Audits—Analyze our adherence to trust services principles (TSP 100) for security, privacy, confidentiality, and availability of information stored in our managed and cloud systems.

PCI DSS Compliance Reports

PCI DSS Audits—Ensure that our managed and cloud services meet all standards set by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council to accept, transmit, process, and store credit-card information.
